This website was established in 2019 and offered to the SCSHOA Board as a method of communicating the Board's efforts and accomplishments to the community. Having never been adopted, it has taken on a new role.

Saddle Club Neighbors is a small group of residents, some of whom are former Directors, concerned with the direction that our association has taken over the past two years. Most recently, the Board granted itself broad authority to punish residents with loss of association rights and fines if the Board determines that the resident's efforts to request information or hold a member(s) of the Board accountable are "harassment".

This website is not under the control of any member of the Board and makes no representations on behalf of the Board.
The Board's strict control of association-related social media, such as the HOA website and Facebook pages, necessitates a method of putting out factual information that cannot be censored by the Board.

Watch the Just the Facts pages for information and short videos that highlight specific issues. As the October Annual Meeting approaches, we feel that it is important for residents to have the facts necessary to make informed decisions during the election of the next BoD. The goal here is to present those facts in short, easily digestible vignettes with as little opinion as possible.
